  本科招生計劃尤其是一本計劃將會增加,高考加分項目將大縮水,同時加分分值也會調(diào)低。5月10日,安徽省教育招生考試院招生研究處處長胡雨生和張明老師做客本報“大考2019”公益講座,針對目前家長和考生們關(guān)心的招生、錄取、志愿填報等方面的政策進(jìn)行釋疑答惑。

  2019年安徽省高考報名人數(shù)為52.7萬,既沒有增加也沒有減少,對于考生來說,2019年招生計劃的多少將直接關(guān)系到錄取壓力的大小?!罢猩媱澊蟊P子增長不多,但是本科的招生計劃卻增加不少,2019年安徽省的本科錄取率會提高。”說到國家和省里招生政策帶來的影響,胡雨生表示優(yōu)質(zhì)生源增加是改革帶給安徽省考生的福利。據(jù)了解,國家高考改革重點要解決的一個問題就是“公平”,這包括不同地區(qū)進(jìn)好大學(xué)權(quán)利的公平。因此2019年教育部在改革文件中強調(diào)了提高中西部和人口大省的錄取率,985、211高校要向這些地區(qū)招生傾斜,而安徽省就在其中。2019年一本院校的招生計劃將會增加,省內(nèi)院校中,<a target="_blank" href="/academy/detail/942.html" title="淮北師范大學(xué)">淮北師范大學(xué)</a>、<a target="_blank" href="/academy/detail/895.html" title="安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)">安徽中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)</a>、<a target="_blank" href="/academy/detail/921.html" title="安徽工程大學(xué)">安徽工程大學(xué)</a>三所大學(xué)均增加了本科第一批次招生專業(yè)。省外院校則增加投放的招生計劃。據(jù)了解,2019年安徽省共錄取本科新生216343人,本科錄取率達(dá)到41.1%,也就是說,2019年安徽省最后上本科的人數(shù)將會超過這個數(shù)字。目前各高校下達(dá)到安徽省的招生計劃還在擬定中。

   加分項目和分值會減少

  因為加分而引發(fā)的高考公平的爭論一直沒有停息,高考加分資格做假和腐敗也不時被報道。此輪高考改革中,給高考加分瘦身就是其中重要一項。具體在安徽省,高考加分又將出現(xiàn)什么樣的變化?“安徽省2019年的高考加分項目還要減少,除了教育部規(guī)定的項目外,本省的加分項目只保留非常少的幾個?!焙晟嬖V記者,2019年安徽省的高考加分不論是項目數(shù)量還是加分分值,都將大為減少。譬如以往有的項目可以加10分,改革后只能加5分。和以往相比,加分人群的范圍也會縮減,2019年對于部分加分群體設(shè)置了一定的門檻,這部分人群將比以往有非常大幅度地減少,同時他們的加分適用范圍也會縮小。據(jù)了解,新調(diào)整后的安徽省2019年高考加分政策正在教育部備案過程中,預(yù)計很快就可以面向社會公布。不過新政也有一個過渡期,并不是從2019年開始就一刀切,2019年將作為新政的起始年開始評估加分資格。

   別輕信點招和內(nèi)部指標(biāo)

  “談錢就傷感情,所以遇到有人和你說拿錢招生時,就要提高警惕了?!焙晟嵝鸭议L,目前全國已取消“點招”,家長不要存在僥幸心理,一旦涉及到交錢就可能涉嫌詐騙。據(jù)了解,每年錄取期間,都會有人打著軍校內(nèi)部指標(biāo)、點招指標(biāo)等招攬生源,事實上,軍校的招生計劃都是公開的,而點招也已經(jīng)全部取消。有的機構(gòu)和個人就以學(xué)校的二級學(xué)?;蛘咦钥?、成教等忽悠家長,等花了大錢進(jìn)學(xué)校后才發(fā)現(xiàn)不同。

   如何填報志愿

  對于新一屆的高考家長來說,平行志愿最困惑他們的就是到底是分?jǐn)?shù)還是志愿次序決定著錄取?!捌叫兄驹覆皇强碅、B志愿次序,而是看學(xué)生的分?jǐn)?shù)。只要你分?jǐn)?shù)比別人高,不論將學(xué)校放在第幾個次序上,都會優(yōu)先錄取你?!笔〗逃猩荚囋赫猩芯刻帍埫骼蠋熍e例說,甲考生是600分,乙考生599分,在甲考生的高考志愿表里,他所有志愿都會比乙考生先投檔,直到甲考生完成投檔后,才輪到乙考生投檔。也就是說,如果某學(xué)校投檔線是590分,即使甲考生將學(xué)校填在D志愿,乙考生將其填在A志愿,學(xué)校也要先錄取甲考生。對于部分學(xué)校宣傳的放A志愿的考生可以優(yōu)先錄取,這只是學(xué)校爭奪生源的一個手段而已。事實上,投檔由省教育招生考試院組織進(jìn)行,高校根本看不到學(xué)生將自己填報在哪個志愿上,也就談不上優(yōu)先錄取了。

   最想上的學(xué)校放前面
  </strong>

  既然按照分?jǐn)?shù)高低決定是否錄取,那么是不是說考生的A、B、C、D四個學(xué)校志愿就不必考慮次序問題了?誰放前面誰放后面有什么區(qū)別?事實上,誰在前誰在后,對于學(xué)生個人來說,影響很大。平行志愿投檔,是按照考生所填報院校的先后順序依次進(jìn)行檢索的,排在前面的院校首先被檢索,一旦符合投檔條件,即投到該校。只有排在前面的院校不符合投檔條件時,才依次檢索后面的院校。比如,某個文科考生是560分,全省排名2000名。計算機檢索到該生時,首先檢索該生填報的A學(xué)校,假設(shè)A學(xué)校投檔線為565分,該生不符合投檔條件,就會繼續(xù)檢索B學(xué)校。假設(shè)B學(xué)校投檔線為555分,則該生檔案投往B校,依次類推。即使該考生因為某方面的原因被B院校退檔,C、D志愿填報得再低,該考生的檔案也不會投到C、D志愿了。因此,專家建議,考生要把自己最想上的學(xué)校放到最前面,防止達(dá)到分?jǐn)?shù)線卻因為被其他學(xué)校錄走而無緣心儀的學(xué)校。

   所填院校間要有梯度
  </strong>

  因為平行志愿里,最大的風(fēng)險來自退檔。如果考生達(dá)到學(xué)校的最低投檔線,但沒達(dá)到所填報的專業(yè)分?jǐn)?shù)線,又沒有專業(yè)服從,此時就會面臨退檔風(fēng)險。如何規(guī)避退檔風(fēng)險?專業(yè)服從是一個比較有效的辦法。同時還要避免志愿填報過高??忌鶕?jù)自己的分?jǐn)?shù)、在全省的位次及各校的招生計劃、錄取分?jǐn)?shù)等情況準(zhǔn)確定位??忌梢詤⒄涨?年各批次院校投檔最低分和投檔考生最低成績排名來選擇與自己在全省位次大致相當(dāng)?shù)脑盒?。所填報的幾個平行院校之間要適當(dāng)拉開差距,保持一定的梯度,而且必須要有一所學(xué)校保底,才能最大限度地提高被錄取的可能性。除特別高分考生外,對絕大多數(shù)考生來說,同一批次的幾個平行院校不宜全部填報同一層次的學(xué)校。一般來說,平行的各個院校志愿中,A志愿可以沖一沖,選擇稍高于自己定位的院?;蜃约鹤钕M系脑盒?;B、C志愿應(yīng)該是自己定位的院校,要確保準(zhǔn)確;D志愿要保底,確保能夠順利投檔。最好拿省內(nèi)院校做保底,因為省內(nèi)院校招生量大,每年錄取名次變化不大。

   研究前三年錄取排名
  </strong>
 </p>

  《2019年普通高校招生報考指導(dǎo)》高考結(jié)束后會發(fā)到考生手里,報考指導(dǎo)中一般會列出學(xué)校前三年錄取線的最低排名。譬如一學(xué)校去年在安徽的錄取分?jǐn)?shù)線,排名在全省第12000位,且過去三年都在這個區(qū)間浮動,如果你的高考成績在全省的排名也在這個區(qū)間內(nèi),則被錄取的幾率較大。但需要注意的是,這些排名都是該校當(dāng)年錄取最低分的成績,有的專業(yè)的分?jǐn)?shù)排名會比這個高,所以要想求穩(wěn),則可以選擇排名更低的學(xué)校。大部分學(xué)校所提供的是該院校的最低錄取分及各個專業(yè)錄取的最低分、平均分、最高分,考生可以換算成當(dāng)年相應(yīng)的排名,并與自己2019年的高考排名進(jìn)行對比,做到心里有數(shù)。
